Orders & payments

  • Which payment methods do you accept?

    You can pay securely with PayPal, Shop Pay, Google Pay, and the most common debit and credit cards available through our Shopify checkout.

  • Are taxes included in the price?

    All prices on Beautycee include duties and taxes for EU customers; the final shipping cost is calculated at checkout before you confirm your order.

  • Can I change or cancel my order?

    If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately at beautycee@beautycee.com with your order number; if the order has not yet been processed, the order will be updated or cancelled where possible.

Shipping & delivery

  • From where do you ship and where do you deliver?

    Orders are shipped from Germany and currently delivered to all EU countries.

  • How much is shipping?

    Shipping is a flat rate of 8.50 € per order, and shipping is free for all orders over 50 €.

  • Which courier do you use and how long does delivery take?

    Orders are shipped with reliable tracked parcel services; delivery usually takes 1–3 business days within Germany and 3–5 business days to other EU countries after dispatch.

Returns, refunds & damaged items

  • My order arrived damaged or incorrect, what should I do?
    If your parcel or product arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, email beautycee@beautycee.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number so a replacement or refund can be arranged where appropriate.

  • Can I return my supplements if I change my mind?
    For safety and hygiene reasons, supplements can only be returned if the bottle is completely unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • How long do I have to send a return and who pays the shipping?
    Unopened products must be shipped back within 14 days of receiving your order; the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and tracked shipping is recommended.

How to use & store

  • How should I take my Beautycee supplements?
    Follow the recommended daily dose on each product label and do not exceed the stated amount; for best results, take your supplement at the same time each day with sufficient water.

  • How should I store the products?
    Store supplements in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and out of reach of children, and always ensure the lid is tightly closed after each use.
